The current year and the year in which the employee joined the organization are entered through the keyboard. If the number of years for which the employee has served the organization is greater than 3 then a bonus of Rs. 2500/- is given to the employee. If the years of service are not greater than 3, then program should not do anything.

#include<stdio.h>

#include<conio.h>

void main( )

      int bonus, cur_year, year_joining, year_of_ser ;

     clrscr();

printf("Enter Current Year :" );

scanf("%d", &cur_year);

printf("Enter Year of Joining :" );

scanf("%d", &year_joining );

     year_of_ser = cur_year - year_joining;

 if (year_of_ser > 3)

 {

   bonus = 2500 ;

   printf ("Bonus = Rs. %d", bonus);

 }

 getch ();

}

Output 1:

Enter Current Year :2011

Enter Year of Joining :2002

Bonus = Rs. 2500

[Process completed (code 10) - press Enter]

Output 2:

Enter Current Year:2017

Create a base class called shape .Use this class to store two double type values that could be used to compute the area of figures, Derive two specific classes called triangle and rectangle from the base shape .Add to the base class, a member function get_data() to initialise base class data members and another member function display_area() to compute and display the area of figures. Make display_area () as a virtual function and redefine this function in the derived class to suit their requirements. Using these three classes, design a program that will accept dimensions of a triangle or a rectangle interactively and display the area. Area of rectangle = x*y Area of triangle = ½*x*y
